We welcome the arrival of Habib Umar bin Hafiz from Tarim, Hadramawt in Yemen.

Habib Umar is an eminent scholar of Islam, and founder of the Dar al Mustapha institute in Tarim. Habib Umar is also widely regarded as a prominent Shaykh of tazkiyyah/tasawwuf.

Since I am from Cape Town, South Africa a bit more information on his Cape Town tour. Inshallah, Habib Umar will deliver the jumuah sermon Friday 26th February 2010 at the Zawiyah institute.
